Quando quaisquer Dados Pessoais coletados, processados e/ou tratados pela Empresa estiverem errados ou desatualizados, o Usuário poderá atualizá-los enviando um e-mail do endereço de e-mail inicialmente cadastrado para [info@wineobs.com] e detalhando os Dados Pessoais. ser corrigido e suas circunstâncias. Para estes fins, a Empresa poderá exigir documentação e/ou informações adicionais para corroborar o que é necessário, bem como para verificar a sua identidade. O titular terá sempre o direito de eliminar os seus Dados Pessoais das bases de dados da Empresa. A este respeito, salienta-se que a eliminação dos dados do perfil e/ou dados necessários à prestação dos Serviços pode levar ao cancelamento de reservas pendentes.
